Raymond S. Amezado – Founder & President
Raymond is passionate about making the world a better place and brings the spirit and the experience of sacrifice as a veteran of the United States of America’s Army. Raymond is the founder of the Ngorli Organization which is now the Fafali Organization.
Raymond grew up in Ghana before migrating to the United State of America. As a teenager, Raymond held a junior board member position for Chosen Generation Organization, an organization that helps the youth of Accra, Ghana with education and social wellbeing; he was also a teen soccer coach in the Kissehman community of Accra Ghana.
Raymond joined the USA army three months after moving to the USA and served for 11 years. He is also the founder of Norfafa Limited Company, a social enterprise that generates funds to support the Fafali Organization.
For education, he worked his way through Valley View University, located in Ghana where he pursued Computer Science degree with a minor in Business Administration (Accounting) before transferring to Thomas Edison State University, based in Trenton, New Jersey. Raymond also holds a Bachelor of Business Administration, Nonprofit Management Concentration from LeTourneau University, Longview, Texas.
In addition to the above, Raymond holds multiple certifications in Homeland Security and Disaster Management from FEMA and Frederick Community College, of Frederick Maryland. He possessed abundant leadership and organizational skills and has been accredited for these skills through certifications and awards from the US Army.
Raymond is an advocate for education, children welfare and gender equality.
